Q. Are you a full service hotel or an extended stay hotel?
A. No, our properties are fully furnished rental apartments, condominiums or town homes that Leading Apartments leases from property management companies.
Q. Is there an age requirement to stay or make reservations with Leading?
A. Yes. You must be 21 or older to book a unit/apartment/suite. Persons under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.
Q. What are the check in procedures?
A. A. Please ask your customer service agent at the time of your booking. Check in procedures vary according to location and time of arrival.
Q. What are the advantages of staying with Leading Apartments & Leading Furnished Suites rather than an extended stay hotel?
A. There are several cost advantages with a furnished home/corproate apartment. One of the biggest advantages is the savings. Our homes/apartments are 30% to 50% less than top of the line extended stay hotels. Furnished housing provides you with privacy and a much larger space than hotel rooms. With a full-service kitchen for cooking and entertaining furnished housing provides guests with an alternative to the high prices of room service or dining out.
Q. Do you pay taxes on furnished apartments?
A. No, all taxes and fees are included. There are no hidden fee’s with Leading Apartments and Leading Furnished Suites.
Q. What all is included with the furnished apartment/corporate housing?
A. All utilities (electric & water), high speed internet, basic TV cable, cleaning before and after stay, and free access to building amenities (*Pool, Fitness Center, Tennis Courts).

Q. How are the apartments equipped?
A. The kitchens are fully equipped with pots, pans, dish-ware/silverware, all kitchen supplies and coffee maker/microwave. Bedrooms and baths are supplied with linens, towels and hair dryer. There is a television in every unit. An iron and ironing board may be found in a closet.
Q. What are your check in / check out times?
A. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. / Check out time is 12:00 p.m.
In your welcome packet, instructions will be left for your keys.
Q. Is there interenet access?
A. Yes, most units have high speed internet available.
Q. Is there a fee for interenet access?
A. No, there is no extra fee for using the internet.
Q. Do you have a connected phone in the unit?
A. Due to the amount of cell phone usage, we have found that most of our guests do not require land lines. However, they are available, if a guest would request one.
Q. Are Pets allowed?
