“We recently began partnering with Leading Apartments for our temporary housing needs. In the last month, I have trusted our Regional Account Executive, Natalie Smith, with the relocations of our chief financial officer, chief operating officer, chief compliance officer and a couple vice presidents.

Although we have only been partnering together for a month, Natalie has made our transferees and their needs a primary focus of her actions. She has developed and sustained productive customer relationships with all of our transferees. She responds quickly to meet their needs and resolve problems. Even when I give her very little notice to prepare an apartment, Natalie consistently operates with energy, effectiveness, and determination. She has never taken more than 24 hours to respond to an email and has even made herself available on weekends. She has demonstrated integrity by dealing with our transferees in an honest and forthright manner. Natalie keeps commitments, behaves consistently and always maintains a professional demeanor.

Leading Apartment’s detail orientation is exemplified in their corporate housing with flat screen TVs, ultra plush comforters/linens, and other décor. With the help of her operations team, Natalie personally sets up and visits every apartment prior to the arrival of the transferee. All of the apartments/condos/townhouses are all inclusive and they set everything up so there is no need for my transferees to spend valuable time setting up electricity, cable, phone, internet, and purchasing furnishings. Everything is included in one organized monthly payment. They offer flexibility to terminate lease with a 30-day notice and are able to work with us on the 12% tax charged on stays six months or less.

“On a separate note, I wanted to tell you that I am very pleased to have Natalie as our Account Representative. When I started here, I had literally tons of phone calls, (yes you can gauge calls by weights of measure) and I gave everyone 30 minutes of my time to hear what they had to say about their company. The first time I was supposed to meet Natalie, I had a meeting come up that I could not miss but this did not dissuade her. She called back and we rescheduled for a few weeks later. While I was not married to any one company, I did have loyalty to another temp housing firm that I still use quite often. I had hesitations at first about using another company but Natalie's knowledge of her product and confidence of delivering excellence, convinced me to give Apartment Express a try. I must say, that I am glad I did. Your team in Tampa is very responsive and delivers a great product every time we use them.
