  • "The apartments were perfect! In addition to them being reasonably priced, they were spotless!! I am into "clean" and the two apartments that I rented were cleaner than any hotel room that I have ever stayed at. Having a coffee pot, full kitchen, living room, and bedroom made it seem like home. The CEO that came up with this concept needs to be congratulated--(I have his name in my suitcase). I was extremely pleased, and that someone would follow-up to find out our satisfaction level is pretty extraordinary!. Please rate this at the top of the scale. It doesn't get any better than this. Wherever we travel, I will check to see if Leading Apartments has availability.

    I have also told friends about the Chicago apartments that may be available. Our daughter has lived in an apartment at the Fisher Bldg. for a year while attending school--that's how I found out about you. Even though I couldn't get an apartment in the Fisher Bldg., everything worked out okay. She put me onto you so the internal advertising that you is definitely working."

  • "Thoroughly enjoyed our time at MDA City Apartments. very clean, very well-maintained. was provided with a very accurate description of the property. concierges were good and well-informed, and Darcie, the booking agent, was a pleasure to deal with. the space was well-appointed with towels and linens and other accoutrements. furniture and bed were exceptionally comfortable. nice flatscreen tvs in both the living room and bedroom. was a very easy walk to both the shops of Michigan Avenue and to the art installations in Millenium Park. also very easy to get a cab if you had further to go. we walked to restaurants on Wabash and Clark. the public transportation out to Wrigley Field was just 50 steps down the street.

    Only issue was noise. the El runs right underneath the window of the unit we were in. however, if you go to bed tired you won't have any trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep - the El noise wasn't loud enough to prevent sleep or naps. wouldn't be great for light sleepers though. also, having curtains over the blinds would have blocked light a little more effectively and perhaps even blocked some noise. "

    Really liked the apartment. will undoubtedly try to stay here again when we return to Chicago."

The location is ideal for me, centrally located for my needs, very well maintained and the staff was excellent. I got to know Chris who worked the front desk, and he turned out to be very knowledgeable of the area, receptive to my inquires, and just a valuable resource to the facility. Oh, and Kenny Otero went out of his way to take care of the missing DVD remote issue! Please thank him again for his prompt and attentive service! Immaculately furnished as I come to expect from your facilities, spacious and very clean.
    So yes, everything was to my satisfaction and I really enjoyed my stay! I will contact you for all of my future travel plans. Since my first stay in your properties I have made it a point to recommend to all of my co-workers, friends and family the amazing alternative Leading Apartments provides to a hotel stay. "

  • "I have worked for the U.S. Gov't for 21 yrs. and do a lot of travel. I have never met a more professional and customer friendly business as Leading Apt's. My experience on my last trip to Chicago staying at the Fisher Bldg. was outstanding. Kitty Dudovick and Christine O’Leary are friendly and very easy to work with. You make my travel a lot easier to accept. It is always difficult to leave home and family but the folks at the Fisher Bldg. were great. You work for a class A company. Thank you!"
